Tricia Doyle Catering Services specialises in providing catering for exclusive weddings.

We understand that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and we strive to make it a most memorable one for you and your guest.

First we work with you to design a menu to suit your taste and requirements, depending on whether you would like canapes, cold buffet, hot buffet or a sit down dinner. Next, we arrange a meeting, along with food samples and perhaps a wine tasting  to make sure you know exactly what will be served on your big day. Following that, a site visit is necessary, to go over the layout, check the facilities and possibly meet with the venue manager.
