Tricia Doyle Catering Services specialises in providing a very personal catering service for bespoke Wedding Receptions, Engagement Parties and Anniversaries.

I understand that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and I will strive to make it a most memorable one for you and your guests. I feel the secret to a great wedding is your ideas and my catering experience and if we put those together we should make it a great day.

First I’ll work with you to design a menu to suit your taste and requirements, depending on whether you would like canapés and bowl food, wedding buffet or a sit down formal dinner. Next, we arrange a meeting for food tasting to ensure you will get exactly what you envisage. Also a site visit of the venue is necessary, to go over the layout, check the facilities and possibly meet with the venue manager. This is to ensure that everything goes according to plan on the day.

I can also offer some advice on marquee companies, plus recommending friendly and efficient bar and waiting staff and also organise the hire of cooking equipment, tables, chairs, crockery, glasses and linen.
