. Although I’m a caterer I’m not a mass caterer I work on a very personal level “one event - one day”. I started my business in 1987 following my graduation from Tante Marie School of Cookery, London with further training in Switzerland and in a 3* Michelin restaurant in France. I am also trained as a food stylist and work with Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board ) as a stylist and have had work published in Food and Wine Magazine.
I pride myself in specialising in the finest ingredients and exceptional flavours. My menus are created with each season in mind, so I can use the freshest, most flavoursome local ingredients wherever possible.
Based in Delgany, Co Wicklow I serve the Wicklow / Greater Dublin area. I use my 20 years of experience to create delicious food specifically tailored to meet my customers’ individual requirements and my team and I are noted for our willingness to be as flexible as possible to meet our client’s wishes
I understand how important it is that your entertaining runs as smoothly as possible. With my excellent contacts I can, for example, help you find the right marquee company, friendly and efficient bar and waiting staff and also organise the hire of cooking equipment, tables, chairs, linen and crockery etc.
