Tricia Doyle Catering Services was founded in 1987 by Tricia Doyle, a graduate of the Tante Marie School of Cookery in London, with futher training in Switzerland and in a 3* Michelin restaurant in France. With twenty years experience in quality food, we pride ourselves in specialising in the finest ingredients and exceptional flavours.
Our menus are created with each season in mind, so we can use the freshest, most flavoursome local ingredients wherever possible.
We are based in Co. Wicklow and serve the Wicklow / Greater Dublin area. We use our 20 years of experience to create delicious food specifically tailored to meet our customers’ individual requirements and are noted for our willingness to be as flexible as possible to meet their wishes.
We understand how important it is that your entertaining runs as smoothly as possible. With our excellent contacts we can, for example, help you find the right marquee 
company, friendly and efficient bar and waiting staff and
also organise the hire of cooking equipment, tables, chairs,
linen and crockery etc.
